Well, I have surpassed my total posts for November 2012 — my previous “monthly high” — and I still have about 10 hours left in December . . .

I have now posted forty posts in December 2012.  This post makes forty-one.  My previous high was thirty-seven, in November.

And I still have about ten hours left in December!

And during the last three days, all but maybe one or two posts were written by me from scratch, so my “backlog” of drafts didn’t help much.  In looking through some of the drafts, in most cases I can see why I have not posted them!

A couple of the posts may have been a little lame, but then again, I probably could have easily broken a few of the posts into two or three posts, if I had really been keen on inflating the number of posts.

Sometime, I would like to do maybe seven posts a day for a month — that would be over two hundred posts in one month.

In some ways it has been a terrible month for me — one of great sadness.  That’s from my standpoint.

But I know God is in control, and I have a lot to be thankful for and joyful about.

I’m not sure if I have a point.  Maybe my point is that I guess it’s nice to keep things in perspective.  This blog isn’t necessarily the most important thing in the world, but I’m pretty sure in that in the big picture, it is a positive thing.

Maybe someday I will do a post on “Reasons this blog is a good thing.”

Well, I am pretty sure I will a few  more posts today!
